Cosine Innovation Technology (“Cosine”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through cosinntech.com and our services, why we collect it and the rights you have under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. What we collect

  • Enquiries: name, company, email, phone and project details you send through our forms, email or WhatsApp.
  • Form delivery: messages sent through the forms on this website are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which processes them only to deliver them to us.
  • Project information: drawings, files and technical details you share for a project, always covered by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
  • Job applications: CV, contact details and portfolio links.
  • Website: this website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, time) for security.

2. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
  • To deliver the project you have engaged us for.
  • To assess job applications.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We process personal data with your consent or for these legitimate purposes, and never sell or rent it.

3. Confidentiality and security

Project files are stored in access-controlled, encrypted storage and are accessible only to the people working on your project. Every client project is covered by an NDA, and we never publish your product, name or results without your written approval.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers we need to run our business (for example email, form delivery, cloud storage and accounting), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

5. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months.
  • Project records: for the period agreed in your contract and as required by law.
  • Job applications: up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Write to privacy@cosinntech.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Maps
